About

Credible carbon value starts with honest assessment.

SustainAI is a technology-enabled sustainability assessment and advisory business serving African organisations and carbon project developers. It combines sustainability expertise with structured assessment technology to support emissions measurement, decarbonisation, carbon credit feasibility and evidence-based project readiness.

Why SustainAI

Ambition is common. Credibility is harder.

Many organisations want to reduce emissions and many project developers see potential in carbon markets. Turning that ambition into something credible requires reliable measurement, realistic plans and evidence that can withstand independent review.

SustainAI exists to help organisations take those steps in the right order, and to be honest about what each step can and cannot deliver.

What we do

  • Measure greenhouse gas emissions using the GHG Protocol
  • Develop practical, costed decarbonisation strategies
  • Assess carbon credit eligibility, feasibility and readiness
  • Design MRV processes and evidence management
  • Support project documentation and market readiness

Principles

How we work

  • Evidence before claims

Every conclusion should be traceable to data and documents. Where evidence is weak, we say so.

  • Transparency about limits

We are clear about what we do, what independent bodies do and what nobody can guarantee.

  • Respect for independence

Validation, verification and issuance are carried out by independent parties. We help projects prepare for them, not bypass them.

  • Relevance to African markets

Our work reflects local operating realities, from generator-heavy energy use to developing national climate frameworks.

Tell us about your organisation or project. We will reply by email to discuss whether a baseline, a feasibility assessment or a readiness assessment is the right next step.
